Wrangler’s Champions Challenge Team Targets Win in Scottsdale

The Wrangler Champions Challenge Tour comes to Scottsdale’s Parada Del Sol Rodeo and the Wrangler Team wants to win. Find out who’s on the team here.

Wrangler’s Champions Challenge

The Wrangler Team is one of eleven competing for both points and prize money in the 2015 Wrangler Champions Challenge. The Wrangler Champions Challenge Team – pits rodeo athletes from across the United States at several different stops that happen throughout the year.

Wrangler Bareback Rider Kaycee Feild

This is a truly exciting team format that pits athletes against not only the best in their sport, but in the other rodeo events as well as they work towards a team goal. Members of the Wrangler Team include:

Bareback Riding

  • Kaycee Feild from Spanish Fork, Utah, is a 4x World Champion Bareback Rider.

Saddle Bronc Riding

  • Jake Wright from Milford, Utah, is one of the famous Wright boys – a family of four bronc riders who dominated the rodeo arena in 2014 and are expected to do so in 2015. He qualified for the 2014 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

Steer Wrestling

  • Ty Erickson from Helena, Montana, came in second place for Steer Wrestling at the 2014 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

Team Roping

  • Coleman Proctor from Coleman, Oklahoma, is an NFR Qualifier in team roping as a header.

Tie-Down Roping

  • Adam Gray from Seymour, Texas, was the 2012 Average Winner in Tie-Down Roping at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

Bull Riding

  • Joe Frost from Randlett, Utah, is a 2014 Wrangler National Qualifier in the event of bull riding.

Barrel Racing

  • Michele McLeod from Whitesboro, Texas, is a legend in the world of barrel racing. She has qualified for the Wrangler National Finals multiple times.

Upcoming rodeos scheduled for the Wrangler Team – Champions Challenge include:

  • February 26 in Scottsdale, Arizona at Westworld of Scottsdale
  • April 12 in Logandale, Nevada at the Clark County Fair & Rodeo Grounds
  • May 16 in Redding, California at the Redding Rodeo Grounds
