Easton Corbin in Concert, Presented by Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino 2016 Annual Masik Tas Celebration

Written by

Easton Corbin comes to the Ak-Chin Indian Community for a free concert on Friday, December 9 as part of the Masik Tas Celebration. Country singer Corbin’s self-titled debut album released in 2010, launching two back-to-back No. 1 hits. This made him the first country artist in 17 years to have his first two singles reach No. 1, according to the profile on his website, www.eastoncorbin.com

In 2012, Corbin released another album, All Over the Road, which included two top-5 hits. His third album, About to Get Real, debuted at No. 1 and included a top-5 single, “Baby Be My Love Song.” His new single, “Are You With Me,” is also making an impact on the charts. This song first appeared on his All Over the Road album and was such a special song to Corbin that he carried it over to his next album, hoping it would become a radio single.

On Friday, December 9, Corbin performs at the Ak-Chin Circle Field located North of the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle, 16000 N. Maricopa Road, Maricopa, AZ.  The doors open at 6 p.m. Western Fusion starts the show at 7 p.m., and Corbin takes the stage at 8:30 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public, presented by Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino and will be suitable for all ages – bring the family, neighbors and friends to make a fabulous and fun night of it!

Make sure you stay for the fireworks show that will follow the performance. Lawn seating is available, and attendees can bring in low-level lawn chairs and blankets. No outside food or beverages are allowed but food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue from vendors.

The Ak-Chin Masik Tas or Ak-Chin “birthday” celebration commemorates the formal recognition of the Ak-Chin Indian Community. This year’s celebration is December 1-5 and December 8-11 and includes a parade, FREE carnival/fun zone, rodeo, live entertainment, food, arts and crafts, and more. Don’t miss the Ak-Chin Masik Tas events and the Easton Corbin concert!
