This is the moment that we have all been waiting for! The first performance of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada has come and gone and it is only just the beginning. Cowboy Lifestyle Network is excited to be able to give you the full day in review including the Round Winners for each performance, daily entertainment, and places you need to check out. Junior World Finals

The Junior World Finals presented by YETI will host more than 850 contestants within the Wrangler Rodeo Arena over the 10 days in December. Located in the heart of Las Vegas each contestant competes at the Las Vegas Convention Center. These young athletes will compete for more than $1 million in combined cash and prize payout on their quest to claim a coveted Montana Silversmiths championship buckle. The Junior World Finals break their events into sections so starting yesterday and going until the 6th, you can catch all the young cowboys competing in the saddle bronc, bareback and bull riding.

Official Wrangler NFR Watch Party at Tropicana Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nevada – Tis the season for the Superbowl of Rodeo, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo 2022! The Official Wrangler NFR Watch Party presented by Cowboy Lifestyle Network is kicking off on Saturday, December 3rd, and Friday, December 9th, 2022Wrangler Network and Cowboy Lifestyle Network have teamed up to throw a top-notch party. This is an exclusive invitational event only. This is a great time to come together, grab a cold one, and watch the best cowboys and cowgirls around take on the rankest animal athletes. Deck yourselves out by wearing your favorite vintage Wrangler wear and Come Early Due to Limited Capacity!

NFR Round 1 Winners

Congratulations to all of the Round Winners for the first night of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo!

Bareback Riding: Kaycee Feild

Kaycee took the first win of the 2022 Wrangler NFR with an 87.5-point ride on Sankey Pro Rodeo & Phenom Genetics. Kaycee has his heart set on keeping his world championship title but will he be able to hang on for the next nine days? We can’t wait to see how it unfolds!

Steer Wrestling: Nick Guy

Nick came to play making a 3.8-second run last night in the performance. I hope to follow on his story more in-depth this week so make sure to tune in!

Team Roping: Jr. Dees and Levi Lord

These guys are here to win and win they did in Round 1 with a 4.3-second run.

Tie Down Roping: Caleb Smidt

Caleb came to PERFORM at this year’s Wrangler NFR 2022. Caleb came away from the first round with a 7.5-second run, taking home the round-one win.

Saddle Bronc Riding: Sage Newman

Sage Newman makes a statement on the first night with and 89-point ride on Big Stone Rodeo Inc.

Barrel Racing: Wenda Johnson

Wenda kicks us off strong in the barrel racing with a 13.57-second winning run to take Round 1 of the Wrangler NFR. Wenda is second in the standings and is hoping to secure her first Wrangler NFR Championship!

Bull Riding: Tristen Hutchings

Tristen brought home the first win last night with a 90.5-point round-winning ride on Stockyards ProRodeo.

A huge congratulations to all the winners from last night’s performance, we can’t wait to see what everyone brings to the table for night number two. See y’all there!
