It did indeed come pouring down this year but uniquely lasted for only 20 minutes. With 3 inches of rain to clear out of the arena, the staff on the CATS did an amazing job preparing the grounds for the night rodeo once again, within just one hour.
For those of you that are not familiar with Taylor, Arizona, the city’s population is just a little over 4,000 people. However, do not let that fool you. The rodeo attracted over 10,000 guests from surrounding cities such as Snowflake, Pinetop, Show Low, and Holbrook to name a few. Because of its popularity in past years, 650 extra bleacher seats were installed at the Taylor Rodeo Park for 2015.
