Cheyenne Frontier Days is the CBR (Championship Bull Riding) penultimate event. It is the culmination of the Road to Cheyenne, a tour where the sport’s top professional riders competed for the opportunity to be in Wyoming. They’ve fought hard and accumulated the points they need to be in play for the world title. What’s at the end of the tunnel is being crowned with one of the most sought after titles in championship bull riding and a $100,000 purse. You can expect to see Cody Teel, top dog at 2015’s event. He’s the 2015 NFR Average Winner, 2015’s CBR World Champion and the 2012 PRCA World Champion.

The Cheyenne Frontier Days will also be the site of the final CBR event, the Million Dollar Bull Team Challenge. You’re going to see top livestock do their thing. Teams of three bulls, including last year’s champs, Rawson / Probst, will be scrapping for a $100,000 world finals prize.

Throughout the Cheyenne Frontier Days, close to a half million dollars will be won by bull riders and bull team owners. That makes this event one of the highest ranked and wealthiest competitions in bull riding. With over a century of history, this continues to be one of the most exciting events in rodeo, bringing together the best PRCA rodeo action and the continued promotion of a rugged Western lifestyle that will never die. Expect parades, vendors, art shows, pancake breakfasts and an Indian village. Music includes Fall Out Boy, Kiss with Aaron Watson, Cole Swindell & Florida Georgia Line, and Kenny Chesney.
