GCPRA 2016 Event Calendar and Coverage

When it comes to pro rodeo events, there are few in the United States that are better than those associated with the Grand Canyon Pro Rodeo Association. For Arizona cowboys and cowgirls, the GCPRA is looked at as one of the most family-friendly events within rodeo circles. As one of the most popular rodeo associations in the southwestern United States, the GCPRA is always filled with excitement and plenty of thrills and spills. Whether it’s a team roping competition or a bull that is determined to throw off anyone who dares ride him, there’s no doubt the event schedule is always filled with great rodeo action.

As with most GCPRA events, there is always extensive media coverage from a variety of outlets. The Cowboy Lifestyle Network, along with the Ak-Chin Indian Community and Earnhardt Auto Centers Road Team, will be doing their usual excellent job of providing in-depth coverage of the events and competitors. Whether it’s articles, videos, or photos, it’s guaranteed that anything and everything will be included in the media coverage of these events.

Due to the popularity of the Grand Canyon Pro Rodeo Association, the event schedule is filled with plenty of exciting events for the second half of 2016. Some of the most popular upcoming events include:

  • Deuces Wild Rodeo, July 1-2 at Show Low, AZ
  • Red Ryder Round-Up, July 2-4 at Pagosa Springs, CO
  • Navajo County Fair and Rodeo, September 16-17 at Holbrook, AZ
  • Rex Allen Days Rodeo, September 30-October 2 at Willcox, AZ
