2016 PBR Built Ford Tough Series World Finals

From November 2 through 6, Western sports fans have the chance to watch the top cowboys from around the globe compete in the “toughest event on Earth” when the 2016 Built Ford Tough Series World Finals takes place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
PBR BFTS Finals Week
The activities begin Saturday morning on October 29th with a Finals Week Fan Zone and the Poker Rodeo Finals. Leading up to the main events on November 2, guests have the opportunity to attend live concerts, take part in VIP parties and view the Freestyle Bullfighting competition. Additional activities include the American Bucking Bull Finals and the Professional Bull Riders Finals Week Fan Zone, which all culminate with crowning the PBR Built Ford Tough Series World Finals champion for 2016.
Top Built Ford Tough Series World Finalists
Although 35 cowboys will be competing in the PBR BFTS, Kaique Pacheo, J.B. Mauney, Fabiano Viera and Joao Ricardo Viera lead the top contenders for the championship.
Silvano Alves joins this select group of athletes and additionally holds the recognition of being a three-time Professional Bull Riding World Champion.
Kaique Pacheo-The 21-year-old hails from Brazil and turned pro three years ago. He currently enjoys the number one spot in the world standings. After 50 rides, Pacheo earned 2,585.33 points. His earnings for 2016 thus far total $232,350.20.
J.B. Mauney-No doubt his hometown of Statesville, North Carolina is proud of this cowboy who won the 2015 World Champion title and the $1,000,000 bonus. The 29-year-old PBR athlete has been a pro for 11 years and is currently holding the number two position in the world standings. After 30 rides, Mauney has 2,390.00 points under his belt, which earned him $131,817.93.
• Fabiano Viera-At 32 years of age, Brazilian Viera has been a member of the PBR for 10 years and continues being an active participant in the BFTS. After 40 rides, he remains ranked at number three and has 2,224.49 along with $169,198.42 in earnings.
• Joao Ricardo Viera-The 32-year-old Brazilian has been a professional bull rider for four years and stands fourth in the world standings. After 42 rides he amassed 2,120.00 points and has earnings for the year totaling $193,365.23.
