The Country Music Association of America has announced the official dates of the 2017 CMA Music Festival, also known as the CMA Fest. For this year, the concerts and festivities will take place from June 8 to June 11 in Nashville at Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, the legendary Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Hard Rock Cafe, and other choice venues.
Many of the hottest and legendary country music artists have confirmed that they will play for their fans at CMA Fest: Martina McBride, Brooke Eden, Charley Pride, Cole Swindell, Confederate Railroad, Jim Lauderdale, Johnny Rodriguez, Kenny Rogers, Keith Urban, Lonestar, Miranda Lambert, Native Run, Parmalee, Post Monroe, Restless Heart, Ricky Skaggs, Waterloo Revival, and many more.
As the country music capital of the world, Nashville is proud to announce that all daytime concerts and activities are free for the public to enjoy. Some 4-Day CMA Fest passes may still be available through Ticketmaster, but the Fan Fair X and Nash Pass tickets may be better deal for most fans. The $50 Nash Pass is for serious country music fans who want to get the full experience at the Music Center, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Ryman Auditorium and everything that Nashville has to offer for the festival. Meet and greet sessions with the artists will be awarded through various Ultimate Fan Experiences Drawing. The best bet to get close to the artists is through the Fan Fair X and Nash Pass tickets.
In terms of activities, fans can experience country cooking demonstrations, styling and makeup for country gals, free rides to Cracker Barrel restaurants, the famous Firestone BIGFOOT monster truck, Harley Davidson rides, pizza tastings by Hunt Brothers, Jack Daniel’s tasting tours for adults, Texas Pete grilling sessions, and so much more.
Cowboy Lifestyle Network, an online destination for all things country and western, always makes sure to highlight the Country Music Association, as they are making sure that the 2017 CMA Fest will surpass the celebrations of the 50th Annual Country Music Awards. It is important to note that half of CMA Fest proceeds from the CMA Music Festival are invested towards the music education efforts of the Country Music Association. Country, folk, bluegrass and all the musical genres that can be enjoyed at the CMA Fest are worth preserving and promoting through education. In fact, CMA Fest proceeds have extended music education for more than 1 million students.
Stay tuned into the Ak-Chin Indian Community, Papa John’s, Earnhardt Auto Centers, and the Cowboy Lifestyle Network Road Team as we head across the world documenting the lifestyle of the cowboy. Country music is an important American tradition that must be sustained through education and cultural outreach. Your Music Fest attendance will help the Country Music Association to extend music education for more than 100,000 students across the United States.
