The 2025 Ford Expedition received a refresh, including new head and tail lights, a revised grille, new wheel designs and more. Check out this roomy and stylish SUV at Earnhardt Ford or Rodeo Ford.

This full-size SUV offers a smooth ride and can handle moderate off-roading and hauling, with a 9600-pound maximum towing capacity, noted Car and Driver in a review. The lone powertrain, twin-turbo 3.5-liter V-6 engine ranges in output from 400 to 440 horsepower, depending on the trim level, with 10-speed automatic transmission.

Inside, both driver and passengers will find a comfortable setting, with room for up to eight people and plenty of storage space. A three-seat second row is standard, or you can opt for two captain’s chairs instead. Seating also includes a third row that “won’t torture adults,” said Car and Driver. The third row is also power-foldable and can be controlled from the cargo area or back seats. The second and third rows fold flat, creating plenty of space to haul gear.

There’s also plenty of cargo space in the back, and the Expedition features a new way to access it with a two-piece opening with an upper liftgate and lower tailgate.

The vehicle’s 24.0-inch infotainment screen sits in the center, with a unit above displaying gauges and additional information. All trim levels include onboard wi-fi and a power-adjustable center console. The system is built on Google software, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, featuring over-the-air update options.

Upgraded trim levels include 33-inch all-terrain tires and off-roading technology, said Car and Driver, including Ford’s Trail Turn Assist, Rock Crawl driving mode, and low-speed cruise control for downhill driving. Safety features include collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure and lane-keeping assist and adaptive cruise control.

Test drives by Car and Driver revealed that the 440-hp high-output V-6 “rocketed” to 60 miles per hour in just 4.9 seconds, which they noted as impressive for a nearly 6,000-pound vehicle. Test drive the 2025 Ford Expedition soon at Earnhardt Ford or Rodeo Ford, or shop online anytime. You’ll find a hefty and stylish SUV with plenty of space for people and gear. And that ain’t no bull!
