67th Annual Mid-Winter Fair and PRCA Rodeo

The 67th Annual Mid-Winter Fair and PRCA Rodeo are located in Blackham Coliseum this year, the Lafayette Rodeo is back in town! Louisana’s longest running and most famous Mid-Winter Fair Rodeo is annually held in the month of January, and features the greatest rodeo competitors, entertainers, and livestock in the world! Spectators get to watch talented cowboys and cowgirls compete in a variety of events in this PRCA Rodeo including steer wrestling, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, team roping, barrel racing, bull riding and calf and team roping. With exciting cash prizes to be won and such a diversity of events, you can be sure this will be a great family event with something for everyone to enjoy.

The performances will take place from January 10 (Thursday) to January 13 (Sunday) at these timings:
Thursday, January 10, 2019, 7:30 p.m. (4-H / FFA night) 
Friday, January 11, 2019, 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, January 12, 2019, 7:30 pm
Sunday, January 13, 2019, 2:30 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased online here; they range from $15 – $22 for adults and $11 – $22 for children (3-12). Children up to the age of two years can come in for free if they’re seated on your lap. There are also a limited number of VIP packages up for grabs for $50. VIP pass holders get an event ticket, a VIP parking pass and entry into the VIP hospitality room. You can also buy tickets from the Mid-Winter Fair Rodeo ticket office, located at Blackham Coliseum, 2330 Johnston Street, from January 7th to January 13th.
