69th Annual Gold Rush Days and Senior Pro Rodeo in Wickenburg, AZ

This year’s event, the 69th in the event’s history, promises to be bigger and better than ever. Held from February 10-12, it’s expected to draw tens of thousands of visitors to Wickenburg, where the NSPRA always puts on a show to remember. For fans of the National Senior Pro Rodeo Association, there will be extensive media coverage of the Gold Rush Days and Senior Pro Rodeo. Along with continuing coverage from the Cowboy Lifestyle Network, it will also have additional coverage from the Ak-Chin Indian Community, Earnhardt Auto Centers, and Papa John’s Road Team, where fans will have access to interviews, photos, and videos of the day’s events as well as the event’s competitors.

Activities and Entertainment

Along with the rodeo, the Gold Rush Days also have plenty of other activities and entertainment that offer something for everyone. Among the most popular are the annual parade, the Artisan Fare, Family Fun Carnival, Gold Panning, Classic Car Show, and much more. If you’re a fan of arts and crafts, the Artisan Fare will have over 150 exhibitors displaying wares of all kinds, ensuring there will be something you’ll be unable to resist.

Senior Pro Rodeo

While all the activities and events are immensely popular, it is the NSPRA rodeo that attracts cowboys and cowgirls of all ages to Wickenburg. Whether it’s barrel racing, steer wrestling, bull riding, or team roping, there’s sure to be plenty of action and excitement that will keep fans on the edge of their seats each and every night. Featuring some of the best competitors the National Senior Pro Rodeo Association has to offer, the event is sure to be a real crowd pleaser.

Due to its popularity over the years, the NSPRA is considered to be a true living legend among those in rodeo circles. In fact, the National Senior Pro Rodeo Association is looked upon as perhaps the most knowledgeable group in rodeo circles.
