“Accordion King” Ramon Ayala

Accordion player and songwriter Ayala is one of the most recognized and best-selling musicians in this genre. He’s referred to as “El Rey del Accordion,” or the Accordion King. Take advantage of this opportunity to hear his upbeat tunes and soulful ballads!

Over the years, Ayala recorded more than 113 albums, with record sales of approximately 750,000 units per year. He has received four Grammy awards and has also been featured in 13 movies, says Wikipedia.

Ayala’s style and flair with the accordion define much of the modern Norteno music that is popular today, according to his website. He adds electric guitars and drums to his music and still retains the traditional northern ranchera style. Special guests Fito Olivares y La Pura Sabrosuda will join Ayala to provide their accordion and keyboard sounds.

While you’re at the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center, give yourself time to take advantage of all its other great features! Dine at 347 Grill with a full menu, including appetizers, salads, and specialty burgers. The Luxe Lounge, located upstairs, is an upscale 21-and-over-only sports venue for drinks and bar food. You can return to the Luxe Lounge after the concert to enjoy the Ladies’ Night with DJ Lo. The Luxe Lounge stays open until 2 a.m. on Saturday for the night owls. Bowling, laser tag, and gaming can also be part of your time out for fun before or after Ayala’s show.
