Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Buffet hosts its Easter Seafood Brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and selections include a carving station with horseradish crusted prime rib and bone in leg of lamb with mint demi-glaze and bone in ham; an ice seafood bar with shrimp cocktail, raw oysters on the ½ shell, cherry stone clams and green shell mussels; a seafood station with snow crab legs, oysters Rockefeller and fried shrimp; and a breakfast station with omelets and crepes made to order, smoked salmon eggs Benedict and other breakfast classics.
