The Range Steakhouse offers a three-course Thanksgiving meal, starting with an appetizer of roasted squash soup with beets and bacon, or a choice of salad. The entree features “Turkey Three Ways” — turkey breast, dark meat confit, and turkey roulade — served with scalloped potatoes, house stuffing, green bean almondine, and cranberry sauce. Save room for dessert — pumpkin cheesecake with maple reduction is sure to satisfy your palate. This delectable dinner is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Agave’s Restaurant serves up a special menu item all month long. November’s special is a breakfast quesadilla with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses, melted inside a tortilla and served with a side of refried beans and Pico de Gallo. Agave’s serves this special daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $12.
