Arizona High School Rodeo at State Fair and The Buckeye Rodeo 2019

Well, folks as October rolls in and the fall decorations pour out onto your front porches, the first thing on everyone’s mind is Halloween and of course the good old State Fair. A whole month full of carnies and fried food. But the best weekend of the month at the State Fair is the weekend of the rodeo.

The state fair started back in 1905, used as a large gathering for everyone in the state of Arizona to come out and join together for some festivities! As the fair progressed, they began to add more attractions. These included concerts, vendors, rides and the rodeo. The rodeo became a fan favorite, as the seats began to fill more and more each year with families wanting to get a taste of the western lifestyle.

Starting on October 17th the rodeo festivities will begin, first to be out will be The High School Rodeo competitors. Following the High School Rodeo will be the All Indian Rodeo on October 18th and 19th. So come on out and support your local Arizona Rodeo competitors as they compete in a week full of some wild competition!

The State Fair Rodeo will be followed by The Buckeye High School Rodeo, starting on Friday, October 18th through October 19th! It will be a packed weekend for all you high school rodeo competitors, as you compete in not one but two rodeos in Phoenix and Buckeye.

Make sure to tell your parents thank you as they get you and your four-legged partners on down the road safely. From all of us here at the Cowboy Lifestyle Network we would like to wish you all luck and we look forward to seeing ya’ll at the Arizona State Fair and The Buckeye High School Rodeo.
