Since its 2019 debut, Art of the Cowgirl has blossomed into one of the western industry’s most vital living tributes to the women who shape the past, present, and future of cowgirls. Whether with their hands, their horses, or their hard-earned wisdom, these women and their vast accomplishments are a testament to the grit, grace, and guts that only cowgirls can bring to the table.

When developing the concept behind Art of the Cowgirl, Founder Tammy Pate envisioned a vibrant community dedicated to celebrating female ranchers, makers, artisans, horsewomen, and more, whose unwavering dedication, showcases the talents and contributions of cowgirls to the world or art, ranching, farming, music, and beyond.

Quickly becoming one of the western industry’s most anticipated annual gatherings, Art of the Cowgirl embraces the culture and camaraderie that define the cowgirl spirit. Blending heritage with modern flair, Art of the Cowgirl is a firsthand account of the unending contributions women have made and continue to make in the western industry.
