[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Bingo fans have a new venue to enjoy. The remodeled Bingo Hall at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino debuted in late December and is now open every day!
Remodeled in 2017, the bingo hall now sports an 8,200 square foot room and an updated, modern look. Jackpots include the five color lines from Planet Bingo, where players compete electronically against players from different casinos. The Planet Bingo Blue line is up to about $130,000 in cash rewards! The new bingo hall also features easier access from the parking lot and the main casino floor. Come try it out!
Bingo is offered daily, and the center opens at 9:30 a.m. Matinee games begin at 11:30 a.m. Midday 1 games start at 2:30 p.m., and Midday 2 games are at 3:45 p.m. Evening sales start at 5 p.m., and the play begins at 6:30 p.m. Currently, the center accepts cash only, and an ATM is located nearby.
The bingo hall offers lots of player specials all week. These include weekday matinee games on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with double main games and deals on electronic packages. Veterans receive 10 percent off on Tuesdays, and seniors score a 10 percent discount on Thursdays. On Saturday, take advantage of an electronic package special — buy one, get one half off. Or on Tuesdays and Thursdays, guests who purchase one electronic package can receive two more free! All discounts are for Total Rewards members only, so make sure to bring or sign up for your Total Rewards card!
If you’re hungry, check out the bingo hall’s vending machines, which offer everything from snacks to heartier fare like sandwiches, White Castle burgers, burritos and more. Or you can bring in food from any restaurant located within Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino!
For more information, call the Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Bingo Hotline, 480-802-5058. Gather your friends and get ready for fun at the new Bingo Hall![/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

She attended Saguaro High School in Scottsdale and then Arizona State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Similarly to the protagonist in *The Devil Wears Prada*, Carolyn moved to New York City right after college. She started working for the fashion magazine company Conde Nast but never transitioned to the dark side. After a few years, she left New York in the rearview mirror and returned to her home state, taking a reporter job at the *Apache Junction Independent*. With over 30 years of freelance writing experience, Carolyn especially enjoys writing about community events and profiling individuals who are making a difference in their communities. She had the pleasure of interviewing a variety of cowboy personalities for an article she wrote for the *Scottsdale Independent* about the history of DC Ranch and its roots as a working ranch. Now, her Western adventures with CLN have her diving into the rugged automotive scene, exploring the trucks and rigs cowboys rely on for work, home, and play, a niche where grit meets horsepower. She works at Raising Special Kids, a nonprofit resource center for families of children with disabilities and special healthcare needs. Carolyn also volunteers with the Autism Society of Greater Phoenix. Carolyn believes that everyone has a story, and she loves connecting with others to hear their stories. She’s dedicated to ethical journalism and accurate reporting, which shines through in her storytelling.
