[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At its dealerships around the Valley, Earnhardt Auto Centers offer reliable cars and trucks and a “No Bull” approach to car buying. If you like Toyota trucks, you can visit any Earnhardt dealership to see a full selection, especially Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. When you buy a Toyota, you know you’re purchasing a vehicle that will last. Toyota offers the longest-lasting vehicles of any full-line manufacturer, according to IHS Automotive: Polk U.S. Vehicles in Operation. This ranking is based on registration statistics from years 1987-2016. The Toyota Tundra truck has equally impressive stats: over 90 percent of Tundras sold in the last 15 years are still on the road as of December 2015, also according to IHS Automotive.
The Toyota Tundra truck also offers great resale value. The 2016 Tundra earned the Kelly Blue Book award for Best Resale Value: Full-Size Pickup Truck. A team assembles Toyota Tundra trucks in San Antonio, Texas with parts from the United States and around the world.
The Tundra interior offers comfort and style. Available driver- and passenger-side climate control keeps everyone content. Heated front-row seats can provide even more comfort. The optional vertical sliding rear window and moonroof make it even more fun to drive on pleasant days. Fold-up rear seats provide options for space. Three available truck bed lengths give choices for your hauling needs.
Wide-angle backup cameras are standard, and optional features like the blind spot monitor and rear-cross traffic alert can help keep you and your load safe. Available integrated navigation helps prevent getting lost on those out-of-town trips. And don’t worry about running out of gas — Tundra offers larger gas tanks, up to 38 gallons. The Tundra’s trailer hitch uses 12 high-strength bolts integrated into the frame. Tundra’s i-FORCE 5.7L V8 provides towing for up to 10,500 pounds, according to the website.
If you’re looking for a tough and stylish truck, the Toyota Tundra delivers. To learn more, visit Earnhardt Toyota at 6136 East Auto Loop Ave., near US 60 and Superstition Springs Blvd. in Mesa. She attended Saguaro High School in Scottsdale and then Arizona State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Similarly to the protagonist in *The Devil Wears Prada*, Carolyn moved to New York City right after college. She started working for the fashion magazine company Conde Nast but never transitioned to the dark side. After a few years, she left New York in the rearview mirror and returned to her home state, taking a reporter job at the *Apache Junction Independent*. With over 30 years of freelance writing experience, Carolyn especially enjoys writing about community events and profiling individuals who are making a difference in their communities. She had the pleasure of interviewing a variety of cowboy personalities for an article she wrote for the *Scottsdale Independent* about the history of DC Ranch and its roots as a working ranch. Now, her Western adventures with CLN have her diving into the rugged automotive scene, exploring the trucks and rigs cowboys rely on for work, home, and play, a niche where grit meets horsepower. She works at Raising Special Kids, a nonprofit resource center for families of children with disabilities and special healthcare needs. Carolyn also volunteers with the Autism Society of Greater Phoenix. Carolyn believes that everyone has a story, and she loves connecting with others to hear their stories. She’s dedicated to ethical journalism and accurate reporting, which shines through in her storytelling.
