Events & Entertainment

Cave Creek Rodeo Days is jam-packed full of exciting events and entertainment. A Parade, Mutton Bustin’, Rodeo Dances, a Cornhole Tournament, All Bulls, All Night and three action packed days of PRCA Rodeo performances and more to round out the weeklong celebration.

Nostalgic

As a former Cave Creek resident, there’s something so nostalgic about the annual rodeo. Being as it was right up the road, my family and I would always try to watch at least one performance every year. After so many rodeos were cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic, I felt immense pride when my hometown rodeo kicked off the spring/summer rodeo run – with record entries. Rodeo is unlike any other sport – the community and camaraderie are something we should never take for granted.

Rodeo Community

All rodeo proceeds are used to support charitable organizations throughout the Sonoran Desert, and assist the Town of Cave Creek with continued maintenance and enhancement of the Cave Creek Memorial Arena. The hard work of volunteers, the generous support of sponsors, the talent of participants, and the patronage of rodeo fans from throughout the country, keep this hometown rodeo running year-after-year.
