Chulupa

   Ingredients:
 3 lb pork loin roast, trim fat
 2 garlic cloves, minced
 2 tablespoon chili powder
 1 teaspoon oregano
 2 cans green peeled chili pepper 
                                                                                           
1 Tsp. salt and pepper
 
1 small onion, chopped
 
2 cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
 
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a crock pot, except beans. Add 1/4th cup water. Cook on low for 6 – 8 hours. When done, remove pork, shred and place back into ingredients. Add canned pinto beans and mix together with meat.
Serve with Fritos, grated cheese, sour cream,  lettuce, tomatoes, chopped avocado, and salsa.
