[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]When it comes to protecting the western United States and its residents from the threats of wildfires, there are none braver than wildland firefighters. Along with their courage and specialized firefighting skills, they also possess hearts that let them care immensely for those around them. Unfortunately, while fighting these fires, some of these professionals are severely injured or are killed in the line of duty.

To honor these incredible human beings and support the loved ones they left behind, Coors Banquet has created a partnership with the Wildland Firefighter Foundation to help Protect our West as well as firefighters and their families.

Television and Radio Spots

Making sure the bravery of these firefighters is never forgotten, Coors Banquet has created numerous television and radio spots to showcase the important work these brave men and women do day in and day out. Coors, a company committed to promoting the patriotism that helps put America first in the hearts of many, will use these spots to demonstrate just how dangerous the job of a firefighter is when battling a wildfire.

The ads, expected to air on a regular basis across the United States, will show how these firefighters are indeed some of America’s greatest heroes. Give Coors Banquet a follow on @instagram – you won’t be disappointed. To make sure the message gets across to as many people as possible, there will be additional public relations and media support from such avenues as the Cowboy Lifestyle Network.

Obtaining Donations

To ensure the Wildland Firefighter Foundation continues to have the resources necessary to help injured firefighters and their families as well as the loved ones of those who perished doing their job, Coors Banquet anticipates beginning a fundraising campaign designed to help those who have helped Protect our West. Using action photos and video footage of firefighters who are on the front lines, Coors expects to show the extreme intensity and danger that these forces face when battling Mother Nature and all her fury.

Telling the Story

Needless to say, during these fierce struggles against wildfires, there is one story after another regarding the heroism exhibited by wildland firefighters. To make sure these stories get the attention they deserve, Coors Banquet is seeking inspirational and informative stories submitted by firefighters or their families.
Whether it’s rescuing an animal, person, or a family’s home, there’s little doubt these stories will show the realities of the job as well as display these men and women to be some of the greatest heroes in the United States.

Continuing to show the need to Protect our West, the Wildland Firefighter Foundation and Coors Banquet will continue to ensure firefighters and their families will always be in the hearts and minds of everyone.
