Coors Light RV heads out to promote Protect Our West

Written by

The Coors Light RV has hit the road again this summer, visiting rodeos and events to help promote the Protect Our West campaign benefiting the Wildland Firefighter FoundationThe Coors Light RV travels to different locations all year. During Coors-sponsored rodeos, especially in the summer, the RV crew offers VIP areas for retailers, bar owners and convenience store owners — anyone who sells beer to customers. They can talk up Protect Our West efforts and get these proprietors excited about it.
Through the Protect Our West campaign, Coors Banquet donates to the Wildland Firefighter Association for the sale of every case or case equivalent of a Coors Banquet beer product. The Wildland Firefighter Association is a non-profit that assists firefighters and families of firefighters injured or killed while battling wildfires.
Recent Arizona stops for the Coors Light RV included the Flagstaff Pro Rodeo held June 21-24 and the Deuce’s Wild Rodeo in Show Low on June 30. Sometimes the RV is open only to VIP guests, and other times it’s open to the public for tours and giveaways. The RV was open to the public during the Show Low rodeo and will again be open during the World’s Oldest Continuous Rodeo in Payson August 18-19. Stop by for a tour and score some free swag!
The Coors Light RV is quite a sight to see, with big-screen TVs and seating areas and a stairwell up to the roof. When the RV is a VIP host site at a rodeo, guests can go upstairs to the roof lounge area, which offers a great view of events. The Coors Light RV also visits the Parada del Sol in Scottsdale each February and La Fiesta de los Vaqueros Tucson Rodeo in March. If you missed the opportunity, come check out the Coors Light RV at these events next year!
The Coors Light RV offers a fun way to promote the more serious Protect Our West campaign. Each summer wildfires rage throughout the Western states, and this year is no exception. Support this worthy cause by purchasing Coors products, and check out the Coors Light RV at an event near you!

Cowboy Lifestyle Network challenges you to support the many brave firefighters who are fighting on the frontlines of wildfires to “Protect Our West” by drinking Coors Banquet.
Remember to drink Coors Banquet beer at any bar, concert, restaurant, rodeo, tavern and of course, any retail store. Meanwhile, you will be directly benefiting Coors’ Protect Our West Campaign and the Wildland Firefighter Foundation (WFF).
