Ingredients:
1 Cup butter
2 Cups sugar
3 Cups flour
2 Dashes salt
4 Tsp baking powder
1 1/3 Cup Milk
4 Cups cherries & juice
Topping:
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into 9×12 pan. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and mix. Pour batter over butter.
Pour cherries and juice over batter. Mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over cherries & batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
