3 cups Bisquick, divided use
3 eggs
12 oz. can warm beer-no brand preference
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Cheese curds
oil for frying
1. In three separate bowls
a. Add one cup dry Bisquick to one bowl
b. Add one cup dry Bisquick, eggs, beer, baking powder and garlic salt in one bowl.
c. Add Italian bread crumbs, another cup Bisquick and more galic salt in the last bowl.
2. Take cheese curds, roll in bowl with dry Bisquick
3. Roll in batter mixture
4. Roll in bread crumbs
5. Place County Fair Cheese Curds in fryer basket and lower into oil for 30 seconds, or until light golden in color.
6. Remove from oil, let cool and enjoy!
