Doors open at 6:30 PM, and this isn’t just another night on the Arizona event calendar. What Ride to the Hondo Is About

Ride to the Hondo, proudly sponsored by Coors Banquet, Fever-Tree, and Barmen 1873 Bourbon, is a series of live activations at select locations across Arizona, giving fans a preview of what makes The Hondo Rodeo Fest so special. Each stop offers its own unique atmosphere, but the mission remains the same: have a good time, meet fellow Western fans, and get one step closer to the main event in November.

Win Big on the Spot

At each stop, attendees can enter for a chance to win tickets to The Hondo Rodeo Fest with winners selected that same day. You don’t have to wait weeks to find out if you won; you could walk in for the party and walk out with tickets to one of Arizona’s biggest rodeo and entertainment weekends.

Exclusive Merchandise Giveaways

While you’re there, keep an eye out for merchandise giveaways happening throughout the event. Lucky attendees can take home gear from The Hondo Rodeo Fest, Coors Banquet, and Barmen 1873 Bourbon including ice molds, bandanas, hats, shirts, mule mugs, totes, and more.

Cowboy Fest Is Where Cultures Meet

At its heart, Cowboy Fest is about connection.

The festival celebrates the powerful relationship between Mexican, Mexican-American, Latino, and American country traditions, bringing those influences together through music, entertainment, food, and community. It’s a celebration of the many different ways people experience the cowboy lifestyle.

You might come for the rodeo. Maybe you’re there for the music and dancing. Maybe it’s the food, the nightlife, or simply the chance to spend a night with friends and family. Whatever brings you through the gates, Cowboy Fest creates a place where those traditions come together naturally. That is what makes this such a fitting first stop for Ride to the Hondo.

The modern cowboy isn’t defined by just one culture, one sound, or one tradition. It’s a lifestyle built around community, passion, hard work, celebration, and the people you share it with, and Cowboy Fest puts that spirit front and center. This is why Cowboy Fest is the perfect place to kick off Ride to the Hondo.

From here, the Ride will continue making stops throughout Arizona, bringing fans closer to the people, places, and experiences that make the Western lifestyle so special. But before we worry about the next stop, there’s one place you need to be: Corona Ranch on September 12.

A Night at Corona Ranch

If you’ve never experienced Cowboy Fest, this is your chance to see what the excitement is all about.

Cowboy Fest is an all-ages celebration featuring rodeo, live music, and food, creating an atmosphere where the entire family can find something to enjoy, and Cowboy Fest 5 is bringing plenty of energy to the Ranch. One of the best things about Cowboy Fest is that you don’t have to choose between a family night out and a great Western party. The event is designed to be 100% family-friendly, making it a perfect opportunity to bring the people who make your cowboy lifestyle complete.

The evening will feature performances from Ryan Charles, Omar Ruiz, and Kane Rodriguez, with our friends at Desert Diesel also joining the celebration. There is another reason this night is special: Corona Ranch is celebrating its 50th anniversary. So while Cowboy Fest 5 is opening Ride to the Hondo, it is also helping celebrate five decades of memories and Western tradition at Corona Ranch. That’s a milestone worth showing up for.

A celebration this big takes a community. Cowboy Fest 5 is coming together through the partnership of Hector Corona, Crown Hatz, and Dario at Sold Out Events, helping bring this unique experience to Laveen. The night also brings together artists, entertainers, Western personalities, local businesses, and the Cowboy Lifestyle Network team as we officially begin following Ride to the Hondo across Arizona.

It’s exactly what the Ride is supposed to be about: bringing people together.

Your First Stop Is September 12

There are plenty of ways to experience the cowboy lifestyle, but Cowboy Fest brings together something a little different.

It’s rodeo.
It’s music.
It’s dancing.
It’s food.
It’s culture.
It’s family.

And most importantly, it’s community. Grab your boots, bring your friends, bring the family, and get ready for a night of rodeo action followed by a dance and live entertainment.

On Saturday, September 12, all of that comes together at Corona Ranch as Cowboy Fest 5 officially welcomes Ride to the Hondo. So dust off your boots, grab your crew, and make your plans now.
