Cowboy Lifestyle Goes Local With Trey Odum

Written by

Trey Odum may not be a household name when it comes to country music, but with the release of his new single King of Me, available on iTunes, Amazon Music, and Spotify August 23rd, he will be. Alabama born, Georgia raised, turned Arizona local, the singer-songwriter has truly made a name for himself in the music circuit with his country crossover style. Regularly performing at Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row, the VIP Lounge for one of Arizona’s best concert venues, Ak Chin Pavilion and the historic Museum Club along Route 66 in Flagstaff, among many other noteworthy locations, there are plenty of opportunities to catch one of his live shows.

Inspired by a mix of artists such as Keith Urban and Eric Church to the Foo Fighters, Trey’s country-rock style is sure to bring down the house wherever he performs. Engaging the crowds is Trey’s forte, covering songs they know and love, but soon they will be able to dance and sing along to some of his originals as well. Listening to the lyrics to King of Me, you’ll find that Trey’s writing encompasses relatable life hardships that we’ve all felt at some point or another. He reminds us that while things may not be what we want, we always have the choice to make the best of our situations. A breath of fresh air to the music scene, Trey’s positive message is sure to continue breaking barriers and pushing the industry standards.

King of Me is the first single to be released off Trey’s upcoming EP, Patience. Full of true stories and life lessons learned, Patience will grab the audience and make them feel in a way only honest music has the power to do.
