The 19th Annual Dakota Community Bank & Trust PBR Bull Riding Challenge Touring Pro Division event in Bismarck, ND turned out to be one bucking show; with eight 90-point rides, it was one for the history books! Team Cooper Tires won the Chad Berger’s $125,000 team challenge, presented by Marquis Metal Works. The team consisted of the team captain and 2016 PBR World Champion Cooper Davis, seven-time PBR World Finals qualifier Chase Outlaw, and five-time PRCA champion Sage Kimzey. Jess Lockwood was the Berger’s TPD event winner with 178.5 points. Bismarck was a TPD Major event, meaning the event offered up Velocity Tour-level points, giving Lockwood 225 points toward the world standings moving him ahead of Chase Outlaw for the No. 3 position.

The elevation at 7,000 ft might make the weather cooler, but the rodeo competition is sure to heat up at Fort Tuthill County Park – Grandstands. The 6th annual Flagstaff Rodeo is June 27th – 29th, performances start at 7 pm, doors open at 5 pm. The PRCA sanctions event features bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, team roping, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, barrel racing, and bull riding.
