Cowboy Spicy Meatloaf

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 package meatloaf seasoning
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. tabasco

Directions: Using hands, mix all ingredients (except tomato sauce) together until thoroughly blended. Form into a loaf. Spray loaf pan with vegetable spray and place meat into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Pour small can of tomato sauce and tabasco over loaf during the last 15 minutes of baking. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese before serving.
