The town of Eagle, Colorado, may be small, but the Eagle County Fair & Rodeo, taking place July 24th-27th, is anything but! The PRCA sanctioned rodeo will be celebrating its 79th year in 2019 and promises to deliver more rodeo action, thrills, and entertainment than ever before. The Eagle County Fair & Rodeo attracts the best of the best rodeo athletes and will have 48 NFR qualifiers competing in the rodeo this year, as well as 10 PRCA World Champions! The rodeo includes all of the standard events: barrel racing, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, tie-down roping, team roping, steer wrestling, and bull riding. Performances will start at 7 pm, July 24th-27th. Tickets can be purchased online here!
For rodeo fans who are planning on attending Friday, July 26th, be sure to wear your pink for Tough Enough to Wear Pink night (TEtWP). Who wouldn’t want to support this great cause? The Eagle County Fair & Rodeo will donate $0.50. for every Friday night, rodeo performance ticket sold. There will also be TEtWP merchandise for sale at the rodeo!
What would a fair be without a carnival? The Great Northern A’Fair Carnival will be coming back to the Eagle County Fair & Rodeo to provide quality entertainment for guests to enjoy. All of the top-rated rides will be back at the fair this year, including the Majestic Ferris Wheel, Space Shuttle, and Ripsaw. The carnival opens at 3 pm, July 24th-26th, and at 12 pm on July 27th.
