If you’re craving springtime fun, hop on over to Spring into QC, presented by Earnhardt Queen Creek Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! It happens Saturday, March 22 from 9 am-1 pm at Frontier Family Park in Queen Creek.
The event includes the Rodeo Egg Roundup, with egg hunts for children of all ages scheduled throughout the day. A tot spot hosts fun for the little kids age 5 and under, and the Teen Takeover features activities for those age 13-18.
Other activities include animal races — look for races among chicks, tortoises, bunnies, the tortoise versus the hare and more. Choose the winner correctly, and you’ll receive a free raffle ticket! Do-it-yourself splatter art projects, a story walk, mini golf and interactive games round out the fun. Entertainment includes performances from local art and dance groups.
Admission, animal races and egg hunts are free, with nominal charges for activities and food. Wristbands, offering access to all other attractions, can be purchased on-site for $15.
Frontier Family Park is located at 20039 S. 220th Street in Queen Creek. Free parking and shuttles are available from Central Christian Church, 22505 E. Ocotillo Road.
