Don’t miss Firefall’s show in The Lounge at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino on Friday, February 17 at 8 p.m. Popular in the 1970s and 80s, Firefall continues to perform today to enthusiastic audiences.

The group’s best-known hit, “You are the Woman,” peaked in 1976 and has played on the commercial radio more than 7 million times, according to the Firefall website. The song has also been featured in numerous movies and television shows. Other favorite Firefall hits from the 70s and early 80s include “Just Remember I Love You,” “Strange Way,” “Headed for a Fall,” and “Staying with It.”

Over the last four decades, Firefall has shared stages with headliners like Fleetwood Mac, The Band, The Beach Boys, Kenny Loggins, Journey, Heart, ELO, and the Marshall Tucker Band. Now, there are Firefall tours with three original band members, a longtime drummer, and a talented newer band member. Check out their show in The Lounge on February 17, and you’ll find yourself singing along and enjoying their sound!

Country musician Alec Davis also performs at The Lounge on Friday, February 24, at 8 p.m. Davis’ song “God, Guns, Girls, and Guitars” will be released in spring 2017. Other acts appearing at the Lounge include a Tom Petty tribute band, an afternoon Frank Sinatra Tribute, and lots of dance, variety, and country performers.
