Flagstaff Pro Rodeo 2018

Written by

When the weekend of June 28-30 rolls around this year, Arizona cowboys and cowgirls will be flocking to Flagstaff for the annual Flagstaff Pro Rodeo. A PRCA sanctioned event, this is one rodeo that just keeps getting bigger and better each and every year. Held at the Coconino County Fort Tuthill Grandstands, fans can take in the great rodeo action while also admiring the tall Ponderosa pines nearby. And with various types of media coverage from the Cowboy Lifestyle Network, Ak-Chin Indian Community, and Earnhardt Auto Centers Road Team fans will be able to see and hear everything they would want to know about the Coors Banquet, rodeo competitors, and others exciting aspects of the rodeo.
Rodeo Events
When Flagstaff rodeo fans show up at the grandstands, there’s no doubt they are expecting plenty of great action. And thanks to the hard work of more than 40 team members and 50 sponsors, the 300 contestants and nearly 10,000 fans who attend each year will be treated to plenty of excitement along the way. Some of the events include:
–Bareback riding
–Saddle bronc riding
–Team roping
–Steer wrestling
–Tie-down roping
–Bull riding
–Barrel racing
And with all these exciting events on the schedule year after year, it’s no wonder the Flagstaff Rodeo has been named as one of the top five rodeos to attend in the United States.
Special Activities
Along with the great rodeo events, there will also be plenty of special activities over the course of the weekend. In addition to the enjoying the Coors Banquet sponsorship, which is always a popular attraction for those who attend, there will be lots of other great events as well. These include:
–Rodeo Parade
–Buckaroo Brunch
–Rodeo Kick-off Party
–Mounted shooting fundraiser
–5K Rodeo Run
Whether you’re a cowboy or cowgirl who’s young or old, there’s no doubt you’ll find an activity or two that will peak your interest.

If you’re ready to attend the Flagstaff Pro Rodeo and have a front-row seat for the great rodeo action, then get your tickets as soon as possible. Ticket prices range from $15-$20 for adults 18 or over, and are $10 for kids 6-17.
If you want to make the experience even more memorable, purchase a Premier ticket package for $25, or go all-out for a VIP package at $50, which will entitle you to dinner and two free drinks.
