The hottest spring rodeo event of the season is the Gary Hardt Memorial Spring Rodeo of 2016 that is set to take place in Payson, Arizona on May 19-21, 2016. This event is expected to be filled with fun and entertainment for all ages, as has become customary for all events that the PRCA sponsors.
This particular PRCA rodeo has gained its claim to fame for being known as the “World’s Oldest Continuous Rodeo.” Every year, the Gary Hardt Memorial Spring Rodeo is organized, promoted and staged in the Payson area, and part of what makes this particular rodeo so special is that it has been put on for the past 132 years. So popular has this PRCA rodeo event become that True West Magazine nicknamed it the “Best Small Town Rodeo” back in 2011.
