Get Ready for the Fiesta Days Rodeo 2023

Written by

The 81st annual Spanish Fork Fiesta Days Rodeo is set for July 19th through July 22nd and continues to be a tradition for all to enjoy! The event brings the excitement of the buck bulls, bucking horses, lightening fast cowgirls, rugged cowboys, and more!

For the 5th year in a row, the Fiesta Days Rodeo Committee is thrilled to host a PRCA Extreme Bulls bull-riding event, which is added on to the other nights of rodeo, giving rodeo goers five straight nights of thrills. The PRCA Extreme Bulls event brings the top bull riders together with the toughest bulls to see who really is the top dog.

The bucking stock for the rest of the rodeo is no joke, either! The best stock in the world is set to land in Spanish Fork courtesy of Frontier Rodeo and has won Stock Contractor of the Year in the PRCA for the last eight years. Rodeo clown JJ Harrison is joining in on the fun, and to make it every more unforgettable, check out Cowboy Kenny’s Steel Rodeo tour.

The Grand Parade is set for July 24th at 9:00 am, with Wayne and Melanie Andersen set as the Grand Marshals. The Andersens have been longtime volunteer residents committed to Spanish Fork and contributed significantly to the community. The Pioneer Spirit Award goes to Mark Harrison, who has dedicated many hours to the Fiesta Days Flag Retirement ceremony over the past 24 years.

Fiesta Days Rodeo 2023 kicks off at 7:00 pm, and you don’t miss the first night of the fun! July 20th sees the opening of the sidewalk sales, carnival, and the second night of the rodeo. July 21st is the last night to catch all the rodeo action at 7:00 pm, but don’t forget, July 22nd is the night to catch the PRCA Xtreme Bulls doing their thing.

While Spanish Fork City may be small in size, it makes up for that in the great show it puts on! Fiesta Days Rodeo 2023 is a rodeo you don’t want to miss!
