Well, it is either up to 1000 hours of music or up to 500 hours of 720p resolution video streaming. Or, it can be a combination of 500 hours of music and 250 hours of watching your favorite movie, PBR event, rodeo, or stock show. Either way, you’ll be covered for the whole month.
No problem, your Solis device is authorized to use any and all cellular networks that utilize 4G LTE/5G technology. So, if you can get service from any major cellular carrier, you will be covered with your Solis lite.
FREE FedEx standard ground is included with the FREE* Solis lite device and it usually takes approximately 3-5 business days to receive the device, not counting 1 additional business day for order fulfillment. Weekends and holidays do not count as a business day.
The billing cycle for this plan starts when the total start up costs are paid and is recurring every 30 days thereafter. There is no pro-ration of the bill. The payment will be made either by the credit/debit card the customer used to pay total start up costs, OR they can elect to change over to ACH debit.
ALSO! Customers must cancel their month to month subscription 24 hours prior to the next billing date, or they will be paying for another 30 days of service. Customers can go into their online portal to see their billing date by entering the username and password that they created on our site when ordering. NO REFUNDS will be issued once the new month has been auto-debited.
Once the sale is completed and the total start up costs payment is processed, the customer will receive an e-mail with a link at the bottom that will lead them to their online account portal. There, you can switch payment options, cancel service and have a 14 day refund initiated.
You will be required to create a username and password at checkout for accessing the customer portal. That online portal access will be e-mailed to you in a template upon successful processing of your payment.
Very simple device setup and support instruction will also be included in the same e-mail that has access to the customer portal. Please do not call the number on the Solis device as they can only help retail customers, and your line is part of a specially provisioned wholesale master account.
The full condition of this return policy is to ensure satisfactory performance to the customer, which Infinite LTE Data and its affiliates cannot foresee before delivery. Therefore, if we see that very little data has been used by the customer within this 14 day return policy period, and the customer wants to initiate a return by the 14th day, then the customer will be responsible for returning the virtual sim device at their expense after notifying of their intent to cancel through their personal client portal.
Once the virtual sim device is returned intact* then the entire amount of the initial start up costs, minus the 1 time activation fee, will be promptly refunded**. However, if a data allotment is used that clearly indicates that a customer was trying to take advantage of our return policy, then NO refund will be issued. Please! These plans use either the GSM and CDMA cellular networks, which hosts the 3 major carriers that most Americans use for cellular service, and the virtual device will find the best signal it can find.
However, we do not have any control of what speeds a customer will get, so we do not quote or estimate the download or upload speeds. In solid coverage areas, the average should be about 10-50Mbps down w/ uploads ranging from 20% to 200% of that with ping times averaging about 60 ms.
The cellular carriers for these plans has made the NAT settings a strict #3 NAT type that cannot be opened. While this doesn’t prevent online gaming, it can be a hindrance for some players. We’re sorry for this, but it is the way it is for all carriers on these high usage data plans.
