The Grand Canyon Pro Rodeo Association (GCPRA) is known as the largest professional rodeo organization in Arizona. Rodeos are fun, thrilling, and fast-paced events for both the spectators and the athletes. This sport has increased considerably in popularity throughout the years, with continual growth. The Grand Canyon Pro Rodeo Association finals are scheduled for Friday through Sunday, November 18th and 20th, 2016 and are hosted by the Avi Resort & Casino. Some of the top cowgirls and cowboys from several western states will be competing in this event. The rodeo finals will be held at the Mojave Crossing Event Center that is situated across the Colorado River. These GCPRA finals will mark the 3rd year of such a competition. Great entertainment will start with the United States Marine Corp Mounted Color Guard for the opening ceremonies. The National Anthem will be performed by Denise Shirley.
