Green Chili Beef

Ingredients:
1 lb. Fajita beef strips
2 tbls. butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans sliced green chili or fresh roasted green chili
1 small onion, chopped
1 fresh jalapeno, chopped or sliced
Directions:
In a skillet, brown beef strips in butter, and garlic salt. Remove beef from pan and place into a covered casserole dish. Meanwhile, add green chili, onion and jalapeno to skillet. Mix in with juices from meat. Pour over beef incasserole dish, cover and cook at 250 degrees for 3 hour.
This is so tender and tasty! Serve with warm flour or corn tortillas, salsa and any other toppings you like. Yummy!
