2-3 medium zucchinis
Extra virgin olive oil
Red chili powder
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Black pepper
Directions:
Rinse zucchini and pat dry. Cut ends off, then cut horizontally into 1/4 inch long slices. You should get about 4-5 slices per zuchini. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle both side with olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients on both sides. Place on BBQ grill or indoor grill pan on medium/high heat. Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side or to desired tenderness. Place on a serving platter and re-season. Serve warm or chilled.
