Rodeo all Summer Long!

While June 5th may kick off the fun, the Hell on Wheels Rodeo series is much more than a single celebration of Wyoming’s wild west spirit. Instead, it launches a three‑month‑long rodeo series featuring five rodeo performances and one championship performance.

Come Hungry, Leave Happy!

But it’s not all bulls and broncs at Hell on Wheels! In addition to the rodeo action, this series is also famous for its iconic, award‑winning 3 Lazy R Chuckwagon, cooking up cowboy‑inspired dishes that make you feel like you’re on a cattle drive under big blue skies and wide‑open plains. Slow‑cooked brisket, savory cowboy beans, garlic‑roasted potatoes, oh my! And don’t forget the dessert. Warm cobbler tops off your meal with a true taste of the wild west.
