The High Desert Stampede kicks off Rodeo season March 31st & April 1st, 2017.

The High Desert Stampede ain’t your Daddy’s rodeo and it’s not ur Momma’s fashion show neither. The High Desert Stampede at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center is home to the finest home grown bareback talent in the nation. With 360 degree views that let you commune with the live action wether you’re grabbing a drink or on the edge of your seats.

Central Oregon is boots and chaps and cowboy hats but also bikes and brews and big mountain views. Central Oregon breeds and builds the best Rodeo athletes, because we authentically ranch, farm and raise the old fashioned way, by hand, by horse, by hoof.

The High Desert Stampede showcases home grown talent from Bobby Mote, Brian Bain, Austin Foss, Steven Peebles, Charly Crawford to Wyatt Bloom. The fertile pastures of Central Oregon fed by the Sister’s Mountians – faith, hope and charity – is where bareback riders lose their minds, to find their souls. “Let’s go get’um boys.”

So get up to get down at the High Desert Stampede. Come buck, brew and big mountain view with us in Central Oregon. With so much freedom in Central Oregon it’s your Rodeo and everyone’s invited.”
