Saddle Up for the Horseshoe Harvest Hangout!

Get ready, Queen Creek! Horseshoe Harvest Hangout is happening this October and is sure to be one of the biggest weekends Queen Creek has ever seen! Taking over Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre, this two day celebration blends the thrill of Bull Riding with Live Country Music and a festival full of family friendly fun in an unforgettable weekend!

2025 Concert & Bull Riding Tickets Available Now

Don’t miss your chance to see the Main Arena at Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre turn into a concert venue right on the dirt! Your single-day ticket gets you entry into the Main Arena and unlocks a full evening of entertainment with Colton McMurdie putting on a show for your enjoyment as you find your seats. The Southwest Arizona Sisters Horseback Flag Team and the winner of the National Anthem Contest kick off the evening at 4:15 pm. Bull Riding is at 4:30 pm followed by back to back concerts at 7 pm and 8:30 pm. Grab your tickets before they’re gone at HorseshoeHarvest.com!

Ticket Information

Single day tickets are available online and prices will increase $5 the weekend of the event. The ticket grants entry into bull riding, as well as the nightly concert. So, hurry and purchase your tickets today! Parking is $20 per day – unless you have a VIP ticket. VIP’s get to park up front and the parking fee is included in the ticket!

Want to upgrade your experience? A VIP ticket gets you the best seats in the house for Bull Riding and Concerts! During the concerts, enjoy the VIP stage side area with private bar and restroom access without leaving the show – plus front door parking is included!

Main Arena Schedule

Side Stage thanks to San Tan Brewery

The SanTan Brewery Stage is where the music kicks off early and keeps the energy rolling all afternoon. Starting at 12:30 PM each day, festival goers can enjoy  live performances from talented artists including Porter Martin, Clay Aery, Nathan Dean, and Tony Williams. Tucked between the food trucks and right across from the shaded Listener Lounge, this stage is the perfect spot to relax, grab a drink, some local treats, and soak in the sounds before the adrenaline of Pro Bull Riding takes over in the evening.

“I wanted to create more than just an event… I wanted to build an experience where families, friends and neighbors can come together and make memories. My hope is that everyone who walks through the gates feels welcome and makes this their new harvest tradition.”

More Than Just Music & Rodeo

Outside the Main Arena is a festival full of family fun – and admission is free! Festival gates are open at noon until 10 pm both days. Park grounds will be covered with a local vendor marketplace, kids zone, horse drawn hay rides, a petting zoo (with a zebra and camel among other animals!), burley train for the kids, food trucks and bars with your favorite cold beer, wine and signature cocktails! Feeling competitive? Sign up for the pie eating contest, mutton bustin’ or kids dummy roping! Enjoy local talent at the festival stage in the vendor marketplace from noon until 4 pm.

Behind the scenes

 Horseshoe Harvest Hangout is a powerhouse team of women making it all happen. At the helm is Joyce, the visionary head of the entire event, whose leadership and drive are bringing this fall celebration to life. Supporting her is Julia, who oversees the website and social media, ensuring fans stay connected and in the know with every update. Sam manages the logistics, from on-site flow to RV camping, making sure the festival runs smoothly for guests and participants alike. Megan takes charge of vendors and sponsors, curating a marketplace filled with unique shopping while building strong community partnerships. Rounding out the team is Britt, who handles music booking and marketing, securing incredible artists and spreading the word far and wide. Together, these women combine vision, creativity, and determination to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for Queen Creek and beyond.

Why let the fun end when the music stops? With onsite RV parking, you can keep the celebration going all weekend! Bonus: you don’t have to worry about who’s driving home! Full hookup RV sites (20, 30 or 50 amp) include water, restrooms, showers and onsite access to a paid dump site.

Don’t own an RV? No problem! Thanks to our partners at Mesa RV Rentals, you can rent an RV, have it delivered, hooked up before you arrive and picked up when you are ready to go home! Just show up ready to party and have your very own home base at the park!
