The Rodeo Houston Super Series is a 20-day, tournament-style rodeo competition featuring the best in bareback riding, bull riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, team roping, and women’s barrel racing and breakaway roping. I love seeing all of the cowboys and cowgirls go out there and give it all they got. Their hard work and dedication is an inspiration. With a total payout of $2,533,500, each event champion walks away with $65,000, plus round winnings, a custom saddle and buckle, and an invitation to return. As an official PRCA NFR money event, Rodeo Houston plays a vital role in determining qualification for the National Finals Rodeo and the PRCA World Standings.
