Kentucky Horse Race Pie

This delicious treat is served at Churchill Downs and all over Kentucky on Derby Day.

Kentucky Horse Race Pie Ingredients:

• 1 stick melted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup pecans

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into frozen pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool before serving. Top with Cool Whip! Yum!
