During road tests, the Kia Carnival provided a quiet and spacious ride, noted Forbes Wheels, and the Highway Driving Assist system made interstate miles “more effortless.” Safety features, including rear-facing blind-spot cameras, result in easy navigation.

Car and Driver took the Carnival for a test drive, praising its “well-balanced handling” and “smooth ride.” They also said the V-6 engine provided “sprightly acceleration” and powered the Carnival to 60 miles per hour in 7.0 seconds on their test track. EPA fuel economy ratings are 19 mpg city, 26 mpg highway and 22 mpg combined.
