Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit Finals 2026

Rodeo News

New Year, new rodeos to add to our bucket list! The Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit Finals is starting 2026 off strong on January 15-17, 2026 at the Montana ExpoPark in Great Falls. Montana is home to some incredible cowboys and cowgirls, and this is one event that’s full of true Western heritage. Mark your calendars, book your trip, purchase your tickets, and get ready for three performances you won’t want to miss!

The Ultimate Cowboy Culture Experience

Montana Pro Rodeo and the circuit finals began in 1979. Run by a board of directors of 12 members representing each event, the MPRC is one of 14 Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) circuits. With 32 PRCA-sanctioned rodeos in Montana, the season begins at the Northern International Livestock Exposition (NILE) PRCA Rodeo and ends the following year in September.

● New this year: Wednesday, January 14th at 6:00pm, Heritage Inn, Calcutta and Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event.

● Returning again: Buckle Awards Ceremony following each performance Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night at the Heritage Inn sponsored by Steel Etc.

At the conclusion of the finals, each of the winners from the event and the year-end winners are invited to compete at the NFR Open at the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in July.

“It’s the best rodeo in Montana and perfect January entertainment.”

Expo Park manager
