Mozzarella – Jack Cheese Ball

Calling all cheese lovers! This is a favorite at my house served with whole grain crackers or cut up veggies. It’s definitely a crowd  pleaser. I like to put it out for a game time snack or pair it with a great wine for girl’s night! Very cheesy, and  oh so easy!  I guarantee you’ll want to keep this recipe on hand for a quick and delicious appetizer!
Ingredients:
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 package (4 1/2 tsp) dry ranch dressing mix
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
finely chopped pecans
 
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.  Mix well.  Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.  Refrigerate before serving with crackers or cut up veggies!
