[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]When July 4th arrives each year, rodeo fans in Window Rock, AZ know it’s time for some of the most exciting action cowboys and cowgirls will ever see.  That’s when the Navajo Nation puts on its annual holiday celebration and rodeo, and this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever.  The 2017 Navajo Nation 4th of July Celebration and PRCA Rodeo, scheduled from July 1st-4th, is sure to be one of the best events yet.  Not only is this a great way for fans to see some of the world’s best rodeo competitors showcasing their skills, but it’s also the perfect opportunity to learn more about the Navajo Nation and help many local charities along the way.  With media coverage from such great outlets at the Cowboy Lifestyle Network, Ak-Chin Indian Community, Earnhardt Auto Centers, and Papa John’s Road Team, fans are sure to get plenty of great interviews, videos, and behind-the-scenes peeks into what makes this rodeo so special.
Rodeo Events
As always, the 2017 Navajo Nation 4th of July Celebration and Rodeo will be filled with plenty of great events for cowboys and cowgirls.  Whether it’s bareback riding, steer wrestling, bull riding, team roping, or more, everybody will be on the edge of their seats from start to finish.  No matter which event is the favorite of fans, there’s no doubt this PRCA rodeo is sure to set the stage for a fantastic Fourth of July.

While it may have started off more than thirty years ago as a small rodeo, this PRCA rodeo has quickly grown into one of the most popular in the United States.  A perfect showcase for the rich history of the Navajo Nation, this event never fails to deliver plenty of thrills and spills to its fans each year.
Thank a Veteran
As is the case with each year’s rodeo, the event has a specific theme that helps local charities as well as improves people’s lives.  This year’s event is no exception, with the theme being “Thank A Veteran.”  With so many veterans across the nation doing their part to keep the world safe, it’s more important than ever to let them know how much their service means to all of us. Thus, at this year’s 2017 Navajo Nation 4th of July Celebration and PRCA Rodeo, be sure to thank a veteran for a job well-done.
