Boots, Bulls & Big Tunes: NILE Stock Show & Rodeo Returns to Billings This October 2025

Rodeo News

The Northern International Livestock Exposition, better known as NILE, returns to Billings, Montana, from October 9 to 18, 2025, ready to embrace western heritage with a modern flair. Established in 1967, NILE has grown into one of the Northwest’s most celebrated agricultural events, showcasing premier livestock, rodeo excitement, and youth programs that honor the Western lifestyle.

Rodeo & Entertainment: Where Grit Meets Glory

This year’s highlight is a live concert by Ian Munsick, set to fire up the First Interstate Arena at MetraPark on Thursday, October 9, making the unofficial start to NILE’s action-packed week. Munsick isn’t just another country artist; he’s a Wyoming native with deep ranching roots. With hits like “Long Haul” and “Long Live Cowgirls” going Gold and surpassing 900 million streams, his voice perfectly embodies NILE’s blend of tradition and authenticity.Β His song “I see Country Everywhere” has become a very popular song in the line dancing communities. The concert kicks off with another Wyoming native, Ned Ledoux.

β€œI grew up on a ranch in Wyoming. So, when I was a kid, I would turn on the radio, and I would never hear any country music about where I was from… I promised myself that I would bring the Rockies into country music. Because in my opinion, there’s nowhere more country than Wyoming.” –
