“Don’t like what you do, love what you do,” is a quote from Tex Earnhardt, Earnhardt Auto Centers founder. That attitude and environment are showcased at all Earnhardt locations and offices, where the organization offers a comfortable, friendly and fun work environment. The company also places a significant focus on employee retention and job satisfaction within every level of the organization.

There will always be room at the top for those who work hard, says the NoBullJobs.com website. Within Earnhardt, there are general managers who started as lot attendants, finance managers who started as receptionists, and sales managers who started out washing cars. So if you are looking for a fun job with opportunities for career growth, check out the listings at NoBullJobs.com!

Tex Earnhardt and Earnhardt Auto Centers are household names in Arizona. Earnhardt secured a Chandler-based Ford franchise in 1951 at age 20, making him the youngest-ever Ford franchise owner. Tex’s iconic commercials ran for decades with the famous catchphrase, “That ain’t no bull.”

The East Valley Tribune recently recognized two Earnhardt Auto Centers locations in its Best of Chandler awards. Earnhardt Ford and Earnhardt Chevrolet both received Honorable Mention for the East Valley Tribune’s Best of Chandler 2021 awards. Businesses in different categories receive these accolades from the East Valley Tribune, voted on by the readers.

If you or someone you know is looking for a new job in a growing company, check out the opportunities at NoBullJobs.com. You’ll find a local, family-friendly company with opportunity for growth and job satisfaction. And that ain’t no bull!
