The Norco Mounted Posse PRCA Rodeo is a time-honored tradition in California, and this action-filled rodeo was celebrating its 29th anniversary. For 2015, the Norco Rodeo ran from August 21 through August 23 at the Rodeo Grounds at 3737 Crestview Avenue. The CLN, Ak-Chin Indian Community, and Earnhardt Auto Centers Rodeo Team was in attendance along with World Champion and Hall of Fame Bull Rider, Charlie Sampson. Be sure to check out the highlight video exclusively on the Cowboy Lifestyle YouTube Channel.

This was an event that all cowgirls and cowboys love regardless of age, especially with appearances by rodeo stars, such as Brazil’s Lucinei Nunes Nogueira Jr., and 21-time World Champion Trevor Brazile. If you are looking for a fun-filled way to spend time with the family or if you and your friends love Pro Rodeo action, you can make plans to attend this event next year.

What to Expect at the Norco Rodeo

Before you purchase your tickets to attend the 2016 Norco Mounted Posse PRCA Rodeo, you may be wondering what you can expect. The first day’s events include Rodeo Queen introductions, PRCA events and a free family dance after the rodeo in the vendor and food section. The second day’s events follow the first day’s schedule closely, but there will be different Pro Rodeo events to watch. Also, after the rodeo, you can head to the dance party, which is designed for adults. On the final day of the event, there will be a free Cowboy Church in the grandstands, and this is open to any cowboy or cowgirl. There will also be Challenged Children rodeo events and a military oath of enlistment service before the final Pro Rodeo events are held.

Pro Rodeo Events You Do Not Want to Miss

Whether you live in California, or you are thinking about heading to the area to check out the Norco Rodeo events, there are a few events that you will not want to miss. Some of the cowboy and cowgirl events planned include bull riding, barrel racing, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, team roping, bareback riding, and others.
The Norco Mounted Posse PRCA Rodeo is just one of many events planned throughout the year by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. If you cannot attend the Norco Rodeo in person next year, know that Cowboy Lifestyle Network is working hard to bring you all the highlights that you can’t find anywhere else. There are also other rodeo events planned in California and around the country if you are not able to attend this August event.
